Dear Church Family,
Last Sunday, we were saddened to learn that Bishop Chris Williams went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 16th. Bishop Chris was the father of Drew Williams, who regularly serves on the worship team, playing and helping with sound. Our thoughts and prayers are with Drew and the entire Williams family during this difficult time.
Bishop Chris' funeral will be at Holy Trinity, 4909 52 St. Yellowknife at 2pm this Saturday, May 23rd. He will be cremated (no burial) and there will be a reception immediately following the service downstairs in the hall.
Chris' son-in-law Geoff would like to gather together some folks willing to help make sandwiches and things for the reception. Any who would like to help with that are asked to contact Geoff directly at 867-447-4112.
